Mom's Quiche

  • 2 cups milk

  • ¼ pound Swiss cheese -

  • ¾ stick butter/margarine

  • 1 cup bisquick

  • 4 eggs

Directions:

Blend together in blender for 30-60 seconds – scraping sides once (I usually grate the cheese by itself first, then add the other ingredients).

Pour into greased (pam) quiche dish – do not overfill. Add any meat/veggies – mushrooms/onions/peppers/spinach/broccoli …..etc. Top with partially cooked bacon or deli ham slices

Bake 45 minutes @350
