Chicken Fingers

  • 2 boiled chicken breasts

  • 1 cup flour

  • 2/3 cup milk

  • 3 tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

Break chicken into 2” pieces.

In a bowl, beat with whisk the remaining ingredients. Heat ½” oil in frying pan (or use deep fryer).

Dip chicken in batter & sauté until golden brown.

Dipping Sauce

  • ½ cup vinegar

  • ½ cup water

  • ¼ cup white sugar

  • ¼ brown sugar

  • ¼ cup corn starch

  • ½ cup pineapple juice

Bring to a boil all ingredients but pineapple juice. Add juice & cool. Then a add pineapple chunks if desired.
