Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls


  • 1 stick butter

  • 2 cups peanut butter

  • 1 lb confectionary sugar

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies


Mix butter and peanut butter until creamy. Add and blend the confectionary sugar. Add the Rice Krispies and mix thoroughly. Roll into balls.

Chocolate Coating Ingredients

  • 1 12-oz package of chocolate bits semi sweet

  • ½ block paraffin (2 oz)

Chocolate Coating Directions:

Melt in double boiler over low heat. Dib balls into chocolate. Lift out with large meat fork and place on wax paper. Refrigerate.
