Fantasy Fudge


    • 3 cups sugar

    • ¾ cup margarine

    • 2/3 cup evaporated milk (small can)

    • 1 tsp vanilla

    • 1 12-oz package chocolate chips

    • 1 7-oz jar marshmallow crème

    • 1 cup nuts (optional)


In saucepan combine margarine, milk, and sugar. Bring to FULL ROLLING BOIL, stirring constantly. BOIL 5 MINUTES! Stir constantly to prevent scorching.

Remove from heat – stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add marshmallow, vanilla, and nuts if wanted. Stir until well blended. Pour into pan, cool at room temperature.

Makes 3 lbs

Pan – 13x9 – greased bottom only.
